Dry Grad Committee Step-by-Step Planning Guide

1. Suggest a "Get Wet on your Dry Grad" option at your next Dry Grad committee meeting. Pass out brochures, show our video, and distribute our Information Package to each member. Contact us for additional quantities or photocopy the information that has been sent to you.
   
2. Choose one of the following three packages:
   1. One Day Rafting Package - Spences Bridge to Lytton
   2. Two Day Rafting Package - Ashcroft to Lytton
   3. Two Day Rafting & Resort Package - Spences Bridge to Lytton
3. Add additional features to enhance the package.
4. Select a date and an alternate date.
5. Contact us with your date request and approximate number of grads.
6. Let your Dry Grad class vote on the options available to them.
7. Contact us immediately with the result of the vote to confirm or withdraw your reservation.
8. A $10 per Grad deposit is required by January 30. Classes requesting the same date will be wait listed in chronological order. If no deposit is received by January 30, your class will be moved to the bottom of the waiting list and removed by February 15. Deposits are fully refundable up to 30 days before your rafting date.
9. Final payments are required 30 days in advance of your rafting date. You must be absolutely certain of the number attending 30 days before your date and pay in full for that number. There are no cancellations or refunds after the 30-day deadline. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT EACH STUDENT PURCHASE CANCELLATION PROTECTION.
10. Be sure to provide information about the rafting package to the grad parents. Ensure that each grad receives a copy of what to wear and pack.
11. Parents and grads must sign (using ink) a Participation Agreement that includes a liability release. These must be mailed to us along with the final payment 30 days before your rafting date. Download the waiver
