Bike and Raft

Guided Biking Tour & 1 Day Rafting

Top 5 Reasons to Go

  • We’ve got your mountain bike
  • Mountain air so fresh you can taste it
  • Great experience to share with your kids
  • Legendary Thompson River whitewater rafting - power or paddle, the choice is yours
  • Lots of flora and fauna to pedal through

Begin the day with a loop or two of our Mountain Bike Skills Trail, where your guide will offer coaching and evaluate your riding.

Once you are limbered up and we know your bike is performing properly, we load both you and your bike into our vehicle and head up to the Scarped Range of mountains above Lytton, to about 4000 ft elevation.

The first stage of the 35 km tour is a relatively easy one through rolling hills, past shimmering mountain lakes, and green pastures dotted with lazy cattle. Then, at Botanie Lake you begin your downhill coast, first on a dirt road then on two-lane country pavement back down to the Kumsheen of the Thompson and Fraser Rivers.

It’s an easy ride but 35 km is a relatively long ride if you haven’t been on a bike for a long time, so limber up before your trip.
